Breaking API changes in digest crate ecosystem:
- sha2 digest returns Array instead of GenericArray
- Replace format!("{:x}", digest) with hex::encode(digest)
- Add digest::KeyInit trait import for Hmac
- Update all hash formatting in docker, npm, s3, tokens
